‘Alice Through The Looking Glass’ preview coming to Disney parks starting May 6

Alice through the looking glass preview
Get a sneak peak at ‘Alice Through the Looking Glass’ at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and California Adventure starting May 6.

Tim Burton’s take on “Alice in Wonderland” was a worldwide hit back in 2010, and this spring Disney park guests can get a sneak peek at the upcoming sequel with an “Alice Through the Looking Glass” preview at Disney California Adventure and Disney’s Hollywood Studios staring May 6.

Beginning May 6, 2016, guests will be able to catch a preview of scenes from the movie in sneak peeks planned for Disney California Adventure and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

At Disney California Adventure Park, the preview of “Alice Through the Looking Glass” will be presented in 3D with special in-theater effects at the Sunset Showcase Theater (formerly Crown Jewel Theater). Guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will get to see this advance look at clips from the film in 2D, as part of the One Man’s Dream attraction. Note that this serves as confirmation that MuppetVision 3-D (which originally played at the soon-to-be Sunset Showcase Theater) will not be returning to Disney California Adventure anytime soon.

This 10-minute sneak peek of Disney’s “Alice Through the Looking Glass” will be playing for a limited time, May 6-June 12, 2016. “Alice Through the Looking Glass” drops into theaters in 3D on May 27, 2016.
