SeaWorld animal care specialist Devi Wise bottle feeds a days-old orphan manatee at the parks’ Manatee Rescue and Rehabilitation Center. The female calf – just two-feet long and barely tipping the scale at 21 pounds – was rescued from Ormond Beach on Wednesday. She is the third orphan manatee in two months to come under the watchful care of SeaWorld “moms” and “dads.”

Holy cow! That thing is so cute it looks fake! It looks like it was created in a ‘cute-engineering’ lab sponsored by the government. I would NOT trust that thing, it clearly has an agenda of conquest through cuteness.

Oh, that poor innocent thing! I wonder if her mom got caught in a boat’s propeller. Manatee moms don’t just abandon their offspring. I hope she got to thrive and grow under Sea World’s capable hands.
