Not many details are revealed but Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has updated their Howl-O-Scream Web site for 2010′s event.

From the graphics on the site (seen above), it appears this year’s theme will be one of going to a rock concert. It lists it as one of the “most electrifying” ever. One can only assume there will be a haunted house with loud rock music and lots of screaming.

This year’s event starts with a preview on Sept. 24 and 25, 2010. It then runs each Thursday, Friday and Saturday night from Sept. 30 to Halloween night. Tickets are on sale now at special rates.

Central Florida’s other big “not-for-kids” Halloween event is Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando. I expect we’ll be hearing some clues about their big 20th anniversary event after The Wizarding World of Harry Potter opens up later this month.

Last year’s Howl-O-Scream was their 10th. Here’s a look back at Howl-O-Scream through the years.

And here’s a look at some of the haunted houses and scare zones from last year.
