We took a flight over the Magic Kingdom yesterday to bring you this updated look at the Fantasyland construction. Click on any of the photos to enlarge them, and don’t miss our video update below the photos.

Here’s the concept art Disney has provided of the finished land. Compare it with the photo below taken at almost the same angle.

This is the building that will house “Under the Sea: Journey of The Little Mermaid” dark ride. Click Here for more information on this ride, including a video ride-through of the completed attraction at Disney California Adventure.

This is the Beauty and the Beast area, which includes Maurice’s workshop, left, and Beast’s Castle, right, which will house the Be Our Guest Restaurant. Notice how small Beast’s Castle looks on top of the show building. It looks like a full-size castle from the ground. Click Here to see how it looks from inside the current Fantasyland.

Here’s a look at the Storybook Circus part of Fantasyland. This area used to be known as Mickey’s Toontown Fair. You can see the Barnstormer ride on the left and a new building, which will be a part of the relocated and expanded Dumbo ride, on the right.

This will be the Fantasyland train station. It looks like it’s going to consist of a lot more than just a cover and signs like it was when it was the Toontown train station.

Snow White’s Seven Dwarves Mine Train coaster will be added somewhere in this area. Click Here to read more about it.

Here’s a final photo showing the whole construction area. As you can see, it will more than double the current size of Fantasyland. The new Fantasyland is expected to open in stages starting sometime in 2012.

Here’s a video of our flyover:
