Plans for Wizarding World of Harry Potter expansion at Universal Studios leaked?

It appears someone at Universal Orlando has anonymously shared plans for the upcoming Wizarding World of Harry Potter expansion at Universal Orlando with Robert Niles of ThemeParkInsider.com. The detailed plans call for a Gringotts Bank ride, a large restaurant and more at the Amity and Jaws area, which is closing Monday.
Robert says he has seen detailed reports on the Gringotts Bank ride and a rough draft of the rest of the new land. He also advises that the plans may be initial concept plans and things can always change. But it’s definitely very interesting to read the details.

I will admit I was a bit angry at losing Jaws as It was always one of the highlights of my holidays in Orlando. However, reading further on I cannot wait for the new ride/areas to be built

I’m so excited for this! I loved the first phase of Wizarding World of Harry Potter, but this expansion blows my mind. Once it opens, I’m going to stop staying on resort at DisneyWorld when I visit, and start staying on site at Universal instead.

well they should put transformers the ride to replace jaws and amity area and use the two shows from lost continent as part of it……………sinbad becomes chamber of secrets and posideon’s fury becomes the third task from goblet of fire…………………..and gringgots to replace one of the dragons from dragon challenge.

Don’t close Jaws, it’s a classic!!! I remember Jaws, I was riding it again and again and again and I still got scared every time. It was my favorite ride and still my favorite ride. Since this is closing, I think when I go to Universal again, I will only go to IOA until they get a better ride. Replacing this with a gringotts bank coaster will only KEEP me away. Bye Bye Jaws, 1990-2012 RIP!!

You all are being ridiculous! Just because one amazing ride is closing, don’t boycott the park! Universal still has many amzing rides, such as, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, The Mummy, Disaster, and Twister! I can’t stand it when people say that they will never go to Universal Studios again JUST beacause JAWS isn’t there! Jeez peopole, man up!
