Today, Disney Parks Blog Food Writer Pam Brandon announced the signature beverage that will be offered to guests visiting Gaston’s Tavern when it opens in New Fantasyland later this year. Dubbed LeFou’s Brew, the non-alcoholic drink is sure to be a hit among  guests.

LeFou’s Brew is named after Gaston’s sidekick LeFou, from “Beauty and the Beast”. Guests familiar with the beverage Red’s Apple Freeze in Carsland at Disney California Adventure will recognize the drink right away as it is identical to it. Check out how the drink looks at Disney California Adventure to the right.

It is made up of a no-sugar added frozen apple juice with a hint of toasted marshmallow, topped with all-natural passion fruit-mango foam. The drink will be served in souvenir steins and goblets which are pictured above. The signature sweet will be cinnamon rolls which will be served all day long.

Don’t forget, most of New Fantasyland will soft open starting on Nov. 19, 2012 followed by a grand opening on Dec. 6, 2012.
