Epcot 30th anniversary events announced for Oct. 1, 2012

Disney has announced details on how they’ll celebrate Epcot’s 30th anniversary on Oct. 1. Fans can look forward to historic presentations, performances and merchandise.
Disney Parks Blog writer Jennifer Fickley-Baker outlined the lineup:
• 1 – 2 p.m. – Designing the Future – Past and Present: A panel of Disney Imagineers remembers 30 years of building tomorrow at the World Showplace.
• 3 p.m. – Anniversary moment at the America Gardens Theatre featuring appearances by Disney leaders and include performances by Mariachi Cobre and Voices of Liberty.
• 4:30 – 6 p.m. – Epcot: How it Changed the World with Marty Sklar at the World Showplace.
• 6:30 – 8 p.m. – Epcot: How it Changed the World with Marty Sklar at the World Showplace.
• Special tag on the end of the Illuminations fireworks show.
Each of the events offers limited capacity.
In addition to these events on Oct. 1, 2012, Disney’s D23 official fan club is holding a series of special ticketed presentations at the park on Sept. 30. Click Here for more information.

Walt Disney Company – including Robert A. Iger and the Walt Disney Company board of directors, and to whom it may concern:
In regards to providing proof of corruption and conspiracy involving employees of the Walt Disney Company, I highly suggest you carefully read and properly review this (my) letter with Robert Iger and the Disney Board of Directors. As within this (my) letter, there are many important details that involves the Walt Disney Company, Robert Iger and Disney’s Board of Directors – who have high visibility exposure “checkmate” on its hands; of which has enormous financial and ethical ramifications.
Despite my (Royce Mathew’s) attempt to file, notify and provide detailed photo proof to the Walt Disney Company in regards to criminal, illegal and corrupt acts that were carried out by Walt Disney Company employees Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar, the Walt Disney Company’s official written statement, as posted by on their own ethics protocol website, is as follows: —– “The (Walt Disney) Company maintains its position that the complaints the caller (Royce Mathew) presents were considered in, or relate to, legal proceedings previously brought by the caller against the (Walt Disney)( Company. Accordingly, the (Walt Disney) Company will not further respond to these complaints.”
Thus the Walt Disney Company written stance raises the following important questions. – If the Walt Disney Company is indeed correct, that these criminal, illegal and corrupt acts which were carried out by Walt Disney Company employees Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar were already considered in, or relate to, legal proceedings previously brought against the Walt Disney Company which is from the years (2004-2007)…..:
1) Then why does the Walt Disney Company continue to engage these employees Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar with continual employment, rewards and financial benefits?
2) Then why is Jason Surrell still employed with the Walt Disney Company, even attending and speaking at various official Walt Disney Company events like D23 panel presentations, providing interviews and given book publishing deals including the (2009) Haunted Mansion: From the Magic Kingdom to the Movies fortieth (40th) edition updated book, as well as the (2012) Art of Marvel Avengers book?
3) Then why is Marty Sklar still being employed and/or being honored by the Walt Disney Company which includes attending and speaking at various official Walt Disney Company events like D23 company panel presentations and even being bestowed top honors with even a personalized window (2009) in Disneyland?
4) Then why are Ted Elliott and Terry Rossio being provided with company movie production deals, including (2007) Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End , (2011) Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, and (2013) The Lone Ranger? Why do they both continue to receive residual payments and why are they still offered and given upcoming movie production deals by the Walt Disney Company?
5) Then why is Disney generating a “movie” version of its Pirates of the Caribbean ride attraction for Shanghai Disneyland? Is its purpose to further support Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar’s Pirates of the Caribbean book and thus continue to deceive the public?
6) Furthermore, if the Walt Disney Company is indeed correct that these criminal, illegal and corrupt acts which were carried out by Walt Disney Company employees Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar were already considered in, or relate to, legal proceedings previously brought against the Walt Disney Company, then this is an important admission by the Walt Disney Company because it exposes and confirms that especially during the legal proceedings, that the Walt Disney Company had deliberately and repeatedly lied to the attorneys, the Plaintiff, the court / judge, as they had already knew or became aware that Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar had concocted facts, had lied and had created fraudulent physical evidence. This is well documented by their own evidence, court filings and depositions.
7) AND, if the Walt Disney Company is indeed correct that these criminal, illegal and corrupt acts which were carried out by Walt Disney Company employees Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar were already considered in, or relate to, legal proceedings previously brought against the Walt Disney Company, …then, thus that makes the Walt Disney Company fully aware of Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar’s criminal and illegal acts and actions. Yet throughout the legal proceedings, the Walt Disney Company together with Ted Elliott and Terry Rossio had demanded that I “admit” and accept their collection of concocted facts, lies and fraudulent physical evidence as being truthful, valid and correct, all while already knowing that they were concocted facts, lies and fraudulent. Even after I, Royce Mathew (the Plaintiff) had pleaded in writing with the Walt Disney Company, including to Robert Iger and the Disney board of directors for immediate intervention, the Walt Disney Company, along with Ted Elliott and Terry Rossio continued to deliberately lie and deceive the court with which to affect the entire legal process.
8) Additionally, if the Walt Disney Company is indeed correct that these criminal, illegal and corrupt acts which were carried out by Walt Disney Company employees Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar were already considered in, or relate to, legal proceedings previously brought against the Walt Disney Company, then why did the Walt Disney Company not recall their Pirates of the Caribbean book from both the court and the public?
9) Furthermore, along with their deliberate submission of the Pirates of the Caribbean book as being truthful, correct and factual, all with which to backup Disney, Ted Elliott and Terry Rossio’s defense, the Walt Disney Company had also reissued and continued to promote their Pirates of the Caribbean book as being truthful, correct and factual throughout the legal proceedings, and well beyond. Even after the legal proceedings, the Walt Disney Company had Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar appear and promote the Pirates of the Caribbean book at Disney’s D23 expo. To date, the Walt Disney Company continues to uphold and present their fraudulent Pirates of the Caribbean book as being truthful, correct and factual.
10) As previously documented, Jason Surrell, Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio and the Walt Disney Company surprisingly revealed in court that “all” materials vital to their defense claims had either “fried” or “had vanished”, or “was wiped clean” or “was stolen”. Yet they all didn’t back down from their concocted facts, lies and fraudulent physical evidence. It took years since the legal proceedings, with which to finally obtain important photo proof and map out their complex web of criminal and illegal acts. It was two years later, when a key photo that came from Disney’s official The Art of Walt Disney World book that was published in 2009. Therefore it is grossly negligent, reckless and corrupt for the Walt Disney Company to justify that the criminal and illegal acts, which were carried out by Walt Disney Company employees Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar, were already considered in, or relate to, legal proceedings previously brought against the Walt Disney Company during the period between 2004 and 2007, and thus are no longer an issue. It is total corruption that the Walt Disney Company can engage in, sanction and protect illegal and criminal acts during the legal proceedings with which to hinder, affect and halt the legal proceedings, and then when confronted via Disney’s own ethics protocol, to justify an illegitimate stance by using phrases like it’s “related to” with which to not take any action or show any interest whatsoever, …even after a 2009 photo “proof ” has emerged.
11) In addition to purposely lying to the court, the Walt Disney Company had also deliberately used these same materials to maliciously threaten me (Royce Mathew) and halt the legal proceeding. Meanwhile, the Walt Disney Company continued and still continues to support Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar and their collection of concocted facts, lies and fraudulent physical evidence, including their Pirates of the Caribbean book.
12) It is a fact that corrupt and illegal acts and actions that were purposely done by Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar, while being employed by the Walt Disney Company, while being represented by the attorneys from the Walt Disney Company, which went against Disney’s own posted company ethics protocol, all with which to create a defense of concocted facts, lies and fraudulent physical evidence. Thus to date, as according to the Walt Disney Company official ongoing stance, Jason Surrell, Marty Sklar, Ted Elliott and Terry Rossio are totally exempted, excused and have been forgiven by the Walt Disney Company. Meanwhile, the Walt Disney Company ethics “Play by the Rules – Our Commitment to Lawful Business Practices” protocol, which includes….. – (“Moreover, never destroy, discard, tamper with, conceal or make any false entries on documents you provide to government agencies or officials. “ “Violations can result in lawsuits, substantial fines – even imprisonment for individuals. “ “Violations can subject you and our Company to severe penalties and damage our public reputation.” “Regardless of local practice or the practices of other companies, make sure you avoid even the appearance of doing something improper.” “As a Company, we do not want to be used by those engaged in criminal activity.”) – …….does not apply to any of them.
13) It is also grossly negligent, reckless and corrupt for the Walt Disney Company to maintain a stance to the criminal and illegal acts done by Jason Surrell, Marty Sklar, Ted Elliott and Terry Rossio which makes it all insignificant, unimportant, justifiable, forgivable, forgettable, excusable and rewardable.
14) Regardless of the Walt Disney Company’s stance that these criminal, illegal and corrupt acts, which were carried out by Walt Disney Company employees Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar were already considered in, or relate to, legal proceedings previously brought against the Walt Disney Company, it is the ongoing grossly negligent failure and justifying excuse to not address and ignore these serious issues, while providing these four individuals with continual employment, opportunities, benefits and financial rewards that serves as documented proof of a conspiracy by the Walt Disney Company’s top executives, including Robert Iger.
15) For proper security, copies of this correspondence has been properly filed and secured just as all other important photo proof materials. Yes, this is proof of conspiracy among Disney’s top executives, as to date, Robert Iger and the Walt Disney Company continues to excuse and ignore the criminal, illegal and corrupt acts as carried out by its employees Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar, all while protecting and rewarding them. Therefore, in addition to all of the above issues of conspiracy among the Walt Disney Company top executive(s), including Robert Iger, and aside from the future professional business presentation, please immediately contact me via letter, so that I can provide further proof to the Walt Disney Company and the board of directors, of the criminal, illegal and corrupt acts which were carried out by Walt Disney Company employees Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar. Surely, in light of all the documented criminal and illegal acts as wells as the provable corruption and conspiracy facts as presented above, Robert Iger, the Walt Disney Company and its counsel would seriously consider the enormous ramifications of their ongoing stance, which includes continuing to employ, protect, enrich, reward and conduct business with Ted Elliott, Terry Rossio, Jason Surrell and Marty Sklar.

Topic in this blog is Epcot with Marty Sklar & Jason Surrell. Thus if these two are liars and the photo proof documents proves that they have been concocting facts, lies and fraudulent physical evidence with which to criminally change the history for the Walt Disney Company in regards to Marc Davis & the POTC ride attraction – then does it make sense that they are speaking on behalf of the Walt Disney Company for the history of Epcot? Don’t you think that this is important for the fans and supports of Walt Disney?

I’m just going to hazard a guess that the people at Orlando Attractions Magazine, and their readers, are not interested in your personal vendetta against certain individuals within the Walt Disney company. I don’t feel that it has any place here.

trolls ?? Personal vendetta? — I think you are way off course. In closing, I am like you, I enjoy the artists, the engineers and the dreams. Thus not only am I an artist, but a fan too. However, there are those who seek to rob, undermine and destroy the purposes of all the good things that make life sparkle. Yes, each of us who uphold righteousness can make a positive contribution/change to protect the things that both of us value. However, with silence, they are rewriting history and committing fraud against the legacy of all artists, including Marc Davis. Thus Tim – I wish the best in your journey.
