Carlo’s Bakery to open first Florida location at The Florida Mall
Carlo’s Bakery, the subject of the TLC series Cake Boss, will open a new location at The Florida Mall on Dec. 5, 2015.
Setting up shop in the mall’s new Dining Pavilion, Carlo’s Bakery will celebrate its grand opening with the appearance of renowned baker, chef and New York Times best-selling author Buddy Valastro and family.
“I started working at Carlo’s Bakery when I was 11 years old and I will tell you, on my first day, the last thought I had was that I’d be introducing a 12th location in Orlando, Florida someday!” says Buddy Valastro. “You know, my famiglia and I love Orlando; there’s so much to do here with all the attractions and the locals are always so welcoming. I’m so excited to give the city the opportunity to have access to our treats and cakes at The Florida Mall, Central Florida’s largest shopping center.”
Bringing Carlo’s Bakery entire selection of famed confections and signature family-friendly atmosphere, this will be the brand’s first location in the southern United States. Modeled after the flagship Hoboken, N.J. bakery, the state-of-the-art facility will span over 2,300 square feet.

I am so excited finally a real bakery in Florida I use to drive to holbokin when i lived on Long Island you did so many cakes for my family over the years wow finally this year we can get St Joseph cakes. I love the show , my family is italian but i never get to see em , i LOVE the food and all of your desserts , All of yiur breads .
Buddy I am so glad your bakery will be in Florida I am in the St. Pete area it’s a hour and a half drive but worth it I use to have a wholesale bread route in jersey city 30 years ago and use to by pastry off your dad !!!! Every birthday I would order the Italian rum cake with cannoli filling will be taking a ride ???
