The book signing took place in front of Emeril’s Orlando (his restaurant) in CityWalk. Emeril’s new cookbook, called “20-40-60: Fresh Food Fast” includes simple techniques and quick tips to create healthy meals for the family on the go. The book also features quick and delicious dishes designed for entertaining.
Lagasse is the chef/proprietor of 13 restaurants, two of which are in Orlando. The first to open was the above-mentioned Emeril’s Orlando at CityWalk and the second was Emeril’s Tchoup Chop located at Loews’ Royal Pacific Resort, also at Universal Orlando. Emeril is also the author of 14 best-selling cookbooks and has hosted more than 1,500 episodes on the Food Network.
