‘Disney Junior Play Dates’ coming to The Florida Mall starting Oct. 31

Guests at The Florida Mall can enjoy “Vampirina”-themed activities during the first Disney Junior Play Dates on Oct. 31.

The Florida Mall has announced new family programming in collaboration with Disney Junior, set to launch later this month.

“Disney Junior Play Dates” will take place in 80 shopping centers across the country, and the event at The Florida Mall will be on Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 5 – 8 p.m. during their Mall-o-Ween event.

The Florida Mall will have a viewing station in the Macy’s Court that will allow guests to watch Disney Junior’s newest animated series “Vampirina,” which tells the stories of a young vampire girl from Transylvania and her family as they adjust to their new life in Pennsylvania. There will also be a Vampirina coloring station, a mad science station, a craft station and more available.

Guests will also have the chance to participate in the Mall-o-Ween Trick-or-Treating event at the Play Park. Kids of all ages are encourages to show off their best Halloween costumes, as well as enjoy a photo booth, face painting, mad science experiments, character experiences and more. Costumes are only to be worn during the event hours and masks are permitted on children 12 years old and younger.

The Disney Junior Play Dates will be hosted throughout the year and include activities around the holiday season, Easter, and other celebrations.
