Terralina Crafted Italian is set to open at Disney Springs this fall.

Disney Springs’ Portobello Country Italian Trattoria is now under refurbishment to become the new dining experience, Terralina Crafted Italian.

This new dining experience, curated by James Beard Award-winning Chef Tony Mantuano, is set to open this fall at Disney Springs, after the multi-million dollar redesign is complete.

Terralina Crafted Italian will provide guests with waterfront views, as well as a classic Italian home dining experience. The kitchen serves as the centerpiece for guests to gather and dine, and each dining room will be decorated with eclectic pieces of found art and other display-worthy items.

The new restaurant will also include a veranda bar outside the main entrance, welcoming guests in with craft cocktails muddled with herbs like those grown in a home garden. The menu will feature authentic Italian options cooked in Chef Tony’s signature olive oil, imported from Italy. Some menu items will include artisanal pizzas and vegetable dishes.

“It’s been an honor to lead the concept and vision for Terralina Crafted Italian,” said Chef Mantuano. “We wanted to create a dining experience that would transport guests to the shores of Italy. Focusing on the hearth of the kitchen, dishes will embody the passion and flare of the flames. Executive Chef Justin Plank and I cannot wait for guests to come in and have a taste of Italy.”

Fan favorites fro Portobello Country Italian Trattoria, like the antipasti platter, are not lost in the new redesign and will remain on the menu along with new additions like pork chops and mussels.

“The new food landscape at Disney Springs is amazing and the guest choices are so diverse that it has become a true dining destination,” said Andy Lansing, CEO and President of Levy Restaurants. “We are excited to open Terralina Crafted Italian and share our vision to deliver authentic food, hospitality and every last detail as part of a memorable guest experience.”

Construction on the new restaurant is projected to be complete this fall. Terralina Crafted Italian will be open to guests for lunch and dinner. For more information and opening dates as the restaurant nears completion, visit disneysprings.com.
