The 24th Annual New Hope for Kids Mascot Games presented by Wawa will be held on June 23-24 at the Amway Center.

New Hope for Kids returns to the Amway Center to host the 24th Annual Mascot Games, presented by convenience retail chain Wawa, on Friday June 23 at 12:30 p.m., and Saturday, June 24 at 2 p.m. Since its beginning, the Mascot Games has raised more than $520,000 for New Hope for Kids.

All proceeds from the even will benefit New Hope for Kids, which provides support and comfort to children and their families grieving over the loss of a loved one, as well as grants wishes to children in Central Florida with life-threatening illnesses.

“The Mascot Games Presented by Wawa truly is one of Central Florida’s most unique and entertaining family events and annually raises valuable profile and funds for New Hope for Kids,” said David Joswick, Executive Director of New Hope for Kids. “We could not have such a tremendous impact without our sponsors, and we would like to sincerely thank Wawa for their continuing sponsorship this year.”

Twenty-four of the most popular mascots across the U.S. will join the event’s host mascot, Orlando Magic’s Stuff, to compete in the annual event. Mascots from the NFL, NBA, MLB, NCAA, NHL and MLS will be divided up into four teams as they take part in wild and fun games to crown the true mascot champions.

Over the next four to six weeks, the mascots will be introduced through the official Mascot Games social media accounts. You can follow along on their Facebook page, Twitter @Mascot Games, and Instagram @Mascot_Games.
