New menu unveiled for The Diamond Horseshoe in Magic Kingdom

A new menu will be available to guests starting this Wednesday at The Diamond Horseshoe.

A brand-new menu is coming to The Diamond Horseshoe in Magic Kingdom Park on Wednesday, May 23.

A new array of sandwiches, salads, platters and sides have been added to the A la Carte menu, including the Carved Beef Brisket Sandwich with coleslaw served on a brioche bun.

Other sandwiches include the Creamy Turkey Salad Sandwich, served on multigrain bread with lettuce and tomato; or the Grilled Chicken Thigh Sandwich with BBQ mayo, tomato, lettuce and onion served on a Kaiser roll.

For barbecue lovers, try the new BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with mac and cheese and crispy onions served on a brioche bun. Or you could even try the mac and cheese with BBQ pulled pork, onions and green onions!

As a lighter option, there’s the Mixed Green Salad with cucumber, tomato, onion, and a honey shallot vinaigrette. You can top it off with a choice of any meat.

New platter options include the Carved Beef Brisket Platter, the Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Platter, the Grilled Chicken Thighs Platter, and a Vegetable Platter with a choice of four sides. Every other platter comes with your choice of two sides and cornbread.

There are plenty of sides to choose from, including Potato Salad with grilled onions and a serrano dressing; Creamy Coleslaw with red and green cabbage; Jalapeño Cheddar Corn Bread with honey chipotle butter; Mac and Cheese; Corn on the Cobb with cheese, Corn Fritters, paprika, lime and cilantro; BBQ Baked Beans; or a fresh House Salad or Watermelon Salad.

In addition, for guests age 21 and older, these offerings can be paired with classic American beers and wines. Guests can enjoy a traditional lager-style beer or Pinot Noir while chowing down on their platters and sides.

As for dessert, guests can indulge in the Buttermilk Chocolate Cake with bourbon glaze, Peaches and Cream Cheesecake with streusel topping, and a classic Blueberry Cobbler with lemon and mint cream and oat topping.

For guests with a larger appetite after adventuring out in the Frontier, the All-You-Care-To-Enjoy appetizer, entrée, and dessert platters might be more their style.

Start with the Appetizer Platter with Mixed Green Salad, Watermelon, Cucumber and Tomato Salad, Potato Salad and Jalapeño Cornbread.

Then give the Entrée Platter a try with Carved Beef Brisket, Smoked BBQ Pork, and Grilled Chicken Thighs with Mac and Cheese, Corn on the Cobb, Creamy Coleslaw and BBQ Baked Beans.
