Omakase dining experience now available at Morimoto Asia
For diners craving an exceptional sushi experience, Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs is now offering an exclusive omakase dining experience.
Omakase (which is Japanese for “to entrust”) means putting your evening in the hands of Morimoto’s expert sushi chefs, who will create a multi-course (typically 5 to 7 courses) dining experience that features the freshest fish from Japan plus a variety of other specialty ingredients that are reserved for this truly unique meal.
Morimoto’s team of expert sushi chefs create, present and serve each course directly to the diner at the intimate 14-seat sushi bar. When in town, Chef Morimoto himself is often found presiding over these dinners, and may even personally prepare your food (for an additional fee).
Cost for the omakase experience (food only) is $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A $75 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. The Morimoto Asia team can recommend optional beverage pairings (Japanese beer or sake).
