Sapphire Falls Resort, Aventura Hotel to temporarily close at Universal Orlando

Universal Orlando has confirmed that two of its resort hotels will temporarily suspend operations starting next week.

Starting Aug. 21, both Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Universal’s Aventura Hotel will temporarily suspend operations, and guests who had booked stays there will be accommodated at other hotels.

We continue to evaluate our offerings and have decided to consolidate our hotel operations as we manage through current conditions.  We will be operating the Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Cabana Bay Beach Resort and Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites and temporarily suspending operations at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Universal’s Aventura Hotel as of Aug. 21.  Guests with reservations at Sapphire Falls or Aventura will be accommodated at our other hotels.

A reopening date for these two hotels has not been set at this time, so be sure to stay tuned for any updates.
