Ron Schneider tells of being the Dreamfinder and other theme park tales in his autobiography

Long-time theme park performer and show developer Ron Scheider has released an autobiography. Entitled, From Dreamer to Dreamfinder: A Life and Lessons Learned in 40 Years Behind a Name Tag, the book is currently available in paperback and ebook formats from all major retailers.

Ron is probably best known for bringing to life the beloved character “Dreamfinder” at Disney’s Epcot Center theme park. But Schneider has been in the entertainment industry for decades, writing and performing shows not only for Disney, but also for Universal, Six Flags Magic Mountain and others.

“From Dreamer to Dreamfinder is more than a memoir of my 40 years writing and performing in theme parks and restaurants across America,” said Schneider. “It’s a textbook full of object lessons and insight into what makes for great interactive entertainment.”
