The book signing took place in front of Emeril’s Orlando (his restaurant) in CityWalk. Emeril’s new cookbook, called “20-40-60: Fresh Food Fast” includes simple techniques and quick tips to create healthy meals for the family on the go. The book also features quick and delicious dishes designed for entertaining.
Lagasse is the chef/proprietor of 13 restaurants, two of which are in Orlando. The first to open was the above-mentioned Emeril’s Orlando at CityWalk and the second was Emeril’s Tchoup Chop located at Loews’ Royal Pacific Resort, also at Universal Orlando. Emeril is also the author of 14 best-selling cookbooks and has hosted more than 1,500 episodes on the Food Network.
Here’s a look at Emeril meeting fans and signing autographs:

Moments after becoming the newest American Idol, Kris Allen let the world know that he would be “going to Disney World.” Now we’ve found out that he’ll be making an appearance at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 29 at 10 a.m. in a celebrity motorcade.
There’s no word yet as to whether he’ll sing at the park’s new American Idol Experience attraction, but I’d imagine he’ll at least pay a visit to see what it’s all about. Much like during the attraction’s world premiere event, it will certainly be nerve-racking if a few guests have the chance to perform in the show while Allen is watching from the audience.
Update: After the motorcade, around 10:15 a.m., Kris will take part in a fan Q&A outside The American Idol Experience attraction.
Today was the first day for Star Wars Weekends 2009 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. As always, a popular part of the galactic festivities was the Star Wars Parade /Celebrity Motorcade featuring Warwick Davis (Wicket the Ewok), Ray Park (Darth Maul), James Arnold Taylor (voice of Obi-Wan Kenobi in The Clone Wars), Ashley Eckstein (voice of Ahsoka Tano in The Clone Wars), and Jay Laga’aia (Captain Typho). The parade is also packed with everyone’s favorite Star Wars characters including Darth Vader, Chewbacca, and plenty of Stormtroopers.
Here is a video of the complete parade:
