Theme Park T-Shirt Design Contest – We want your ideas!

Since we started the magazine a couple of years ago, we’ve had a limited number of Orlando Attractions Magazine T-Shirts available.

tshirt2They’ve been quite popular, as we’re down to only a handful of small and large sizes remaining. But we realize not everyone wants a shirt with just our logo on it. We’ve planned on offering more designs for a while but haven’t had a chance to create them.

That’s where you come in.

The Contest

We’re looking clever sayings, phrases, or design ideas to be made into T-shirts. The design ideas should relate to theme parks, attractions or Orlando, but don’t necessarily have to be Orlando-specific. We want to offer shirts that people would enjoy wearing while on vacation or to show off their love of theme parks at home.

Submit your T-shirt design ideas to us by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. An idea can be as simple as a few words or as complicated as a polished piece of artwork. It’s totally up to you.

We’ll choose a few of the best design ideas and have them made into T-shirts to be available for sale right here on our Web site. And if we choose your design, you will not only get bragging rights but also a free shirt featuring your idea.

Fine Print

Of course, there are some rules: We reserve the right to modify your designs and ideas. The ideas can’t contain anything that is copyrighted or trademarked. We want them to be fun, but also somewhat generic. For example, as much as we’d like to, we can’t produce a T-shirt that features a picture of Shamu or a Disney character on it. Likewise, we can’t include trademarked names like SeaWorld or Universal Studios, or attraction names such as Men In Black, Splash Mountain, etc.

But there’s still plenty of freedom. We can include a non-specific roller coaster or a generic example of a type of ride. Or if you need to reference a particular attraction and can do it without specifically naming it, go for it.

So send us any ideas that you have, as long as they relate to a theme park, attraction, or Orlando in general. We’ll take silly, fun, clever, funny, or almost any other adjective you can think of (though it must be family-friendly).

We’re looking forward to receiving your ideas and developing some stylish new theme park T-shirts soon!
