Walt Disney World Easter
Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny are back this week at the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

Orlando’s theme parks are currently hopping with spring holiday crowds, and you can find special Walt Disney World Easter activities in the Magic Kingdom and Epcot now through April 20.

Special Easter-themed events can now be found in two Walt Disney World theme parks. At the Magic Kingdom, Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny are greeting Guests in Town Square Courtyard daily through April 16, from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Through April 20, the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade will run twice a day at noon and 3:30 p.m. Also through April 20, a DJ Dance Party will take over Rocket Tower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland every evening from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Finally, on April 15 and 16 only, there will be a special Easter pre-parade before the Festival of Fantasy at 11:40 a.m. and 3:10 p.m.

Over at Epcot, on Sunday, April 16, the United Kingdom pavilion will host Easter Egg Hunts, Basket Toss and Egg Relays. The Easter Egg Hunt is for kids ages 3-9, and will be held every 10 minutes from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Easter Egg Relay is for ages 8-12, and will happen at 40 minutes after every hour, from 11:40 a.m. to 3:40 p.m. There will also be a smaller egg hunt area just for children under 3 years old that will be open all day in the UK gardens. Space for the hunts and relays are limited, so check in at the Easter Basket podium in the United Kingdom up to 30 minutes ahead of time. Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny, dressed in their Easter best, will also be on hand at the UK pavilion to pose for pics from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All of the above activities are included free with regular park admission. In addition, the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival offers an egg scavenger hunt, where guests can search for special hidden “eggs” themed to Disney characters. Special themed maps with stickers for playing the game are sold for $5.99, plus tax, at Pin Central in Future World, Disney Traders at the entrance to World Showcase, and World Traveler at International Gateway.
