Wandering Oaken’s moves to new location at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

With the closure of the Studio Backlot Tour, Disney has moved the Frozen-themed gift shop and snow play area to the former AFI Showcase space.

Disney recently announced that the Frozen sing-along and Wandering Oaken’s would be extended at the park through the holidays, with Oaken’s moving from Soundstage 1 to its new location, closer to the Premiere Theater. The space used to house the AFI Showcase and gift shop that guests entered as they exited the Backlot Tour, and served as the exit for the Backlot Tour.

Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post is a bit more open at the new location, but features the same Frozen merchandise.

The Sweet Treat Bar returns with specialty Frozen-themed snacks and beverages.

The Frozen Snowground has received a bigger play area at the new location. The ice skating rink from the old location is not returning.

Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post and Frozen Snowground is open to guests daily through the holidays.
