‘When Shadows Fall’ interactive experience begins previews July 7

The creators of 2015’s first-person role-playing experiment “The Republic” begin previews in Orlando on July 7 for “When Shadows Fall,” their newest interactive experience, with an official grand opening scheduled for July 28.

Blending theater and gaming, “When Shadows Fall” places players into a dystopian world perpetually on the brink of self destruction, featuring 15,000 square feet of sets designed by award-winning artists to explore. Participants engage with live performers as they become immersed in the world of Penumbra, “a society hidden in Orlando for nearly 28 years, now opening its doors to the public for the first time.”

This experience opens July 7, 2016 for three weeks of soft opening preview dates, followed by an official grand opening on July 28. Tickets are now available for the first 6 weeks of When Shadows Fall, with five set show times each week on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Ticket types include standard Entry to Penumbra, Repeat Player Pass, and VIP Upgrade which offers special personalized experiences from the moment players arrive. For the first three preview weeks, discounted admission tickets are available to all players, at $39 for a standard ticket and $78 for the VIP upgrade.
