Aquatica to host the 4th annual Florida Polar Plunge for Special Olympics

Aquatica is hosting the 4th annual Special Olympics Florida Polar Plunge on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013. Individuals and teams, alongside Special Olympics athletes, families, sponsors and community members, will be able to take a plunge into the cold Aquatica wave pool to raise money for Special Olympics Florida.

SeaWorld kicks off ‘Epic Voyage’ tour for the new Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin attraction

SeaWorld Orlando is kicking off an “Epic Voyage” campaign to launch Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin, the park’s largest expansion, scheduled to open this spring. The campaign which stops in seven cities, also includes an all-new mobile app, both of which are designed to give families a sneak peek into the upcoming attraction.

Habit Heroes reopens with new storyline, characters and games at Epcot

The Habit Heroes attraction that opened about a year ago, then quickly closed after controversy over its portrayal of overweight kids, reopened this week with a whole new storyline, characters and games. There’s no more Will Power and Callie Stenics. Say hello to Director Jin and her agents.

French bakery at Epcot expands – Now serving soups, sandwiches, desserts and more

The Boulangerie Patisserie (bakery) in the France Pavilion at Epcot has moved into a larger space and has been renamed the Les Halles Boulangerie and Patisserie, serving soups, salads, sandwiches, coffees, breads, desserts and more. Let’s take a look.
