New details revealed on two dining locations coming to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

Disney Parks Blog has revealed new details today on two dining locations coming as part of the renovations to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.

Later this fall, once the renovations of Old Port Royale are complete, the former Shutters table-service restaurant will reopen in an all-new location as Sebastian’s Bistro.

Located on the Old Port Royale waterfront, this new restaurant will host beautiful views, island hospitality, and a menu that combines Latin and Caribbean flavors with market-fresh ingredients.

When guests arrive at the family-friendly, casual restaurant, they’ll see a blue shiplap marquee featuring everyone’s favorite crustacean as he invites you to dine on island time. Once inside, guests will be immersed in an environment much like a tropical beachfront home, with each detail celebrating the Caribbean. There might even be a few hidden undersea landscapes featuring Sebastian and friends throughout the restaurant.

The other dining location coming to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is the quick-service location, Centertown Market.

As previously reported, Centertown Market will be expanded upon to create an indoor street market atmosphere. Guests will enter the area under a large palapa structure with glowing, colored light pendants made from glass bottles.

The market will feature open shutters, wooden light posts, ornamentation, awnings and unique seating areas. Guests will also have access to the Grab n’ Go market which offers coffee and quick bites.
