Mango’s Tropical Café offers new a la carte menu and will soon accept Bitcoin
Mango’s Tropical Café, the Miami-style nightclub and restaurant on Orlando’s International Drive, is offering a new a la carte menu, and will soon accept Bitcoin as payment.
On Friday, Nov. 3, Mango’s Tropical Café will launch an all-new A La Carte menu created by Executive Chef Angel Ramirez of Mango’s South Beach. The menu will still feature Mango’s signature style of Floribbean cuisine, specializing in Caribbean and Latin fare, Italian and American favorites, and classic cocktails. New menu options will include casual variations on many of Mango’s popular entrees, like Chicken Parmigiana Sliders and Prime Rib Sliders, along with fresh hand-made pasta dishes featuring three different types of ravioli. In addition, Mango’s is lowering its “all doubles” Specialty Drink prices across its menu, starting at $8.95.
Previously, guests wishing to attend Mango’s Friday and Saturday night live dinner show performances — including the Michael Jackson tribute, Brazilian Samba, Cuban Conga, Belly Dancing and Rhumba Flamenca shows — were required to order from a special 3-course “Prix-Fixe” dinner menu that starts at $50 per person. Now, a la carte menus will be available to guests on every night throughout the entire venue, including the main dining showroom.
The 3-course Prix-Fixe menu is still available for VIPs and special occasions; guests wishing to order off it are encouraged to call in advance so that they’ll receive premium seating. No cover charge is required to dine at Mango’s, but a $25 per table deposit is required for the 9 p.m. showtime seatings on Fridays and Saturday; the fee is credited towards your dinner bill. After 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, a $10 per person cover charge is required to enjoy the nightlife. Reservations can be made online through Mango’s website, Yelp, and OpenTable.
In addition, Mango’s announced that it plans to accept the digital cryptocurrency Bitcoin as payment starting in early 2018. Bitcoin terms and conditions will apply to the use of Bitcoin as a selected payment method.

Wallack continues, “With the rise of Blockchain based Cryptocurrency as a method of customer payment, Mango’s will continue to stay at the forefront of technology and hospitality and is exploring accepting Bitcoin as payment beginning in 2018. All credit goes to my nephew, Mango’s Manager and UCF honor student Zackary Gettis, for this innovation.”
Adjacent to Mango’s Tropical Café, construction of the 141’, 14-story, 880-parking space Hollywood Plaza Entertainment Complex continues with completion of parking expected by the holidays. Guests parking in Hollywood Plaza will be guaranteed a table inside Mango’s restaurant and dance club.
