The event will feature live programming like Peeps in Space, an astronaut training facility, special space-themed films and more. As a bonus, on Saturday, July 20, guests can stay until 11 p.m. for Science After Sundown.

Check out the full lineup of live programming below:

  • Peeps in Space – Watch as marshmallow Peeps are exposed to the environment of space, as liquid nitrogen and science skills are used to demonstrate the vacuum of space – and then see the Peeps get smashed/exploded.
  • To Infinity and Kaboom: The Chemistry of Rocket Science – Like the normal Kaboom show, but with an out-of-this-world twist!
  • Astronaut Training Facility – Learn what it takes to be an astronaut.
  • Cosmic Experiments in Dr. Dare’s Lab – Explore the final frontier with self-guided, glowing experiments under black lights.
  • Martian Egg Drop Challenge – Develop a safe way to land your space rover (egg) from great heights without cracking it.
  • Laser Light Shows – Catch a laser light show set to music by The Beatles, Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon and more.
