Build the theme park of your dreams with RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures for Nintendo Switch

Atari’s latest venture in the classic theme park management franchise, RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures, is now available on the Nintendo Switch.

This new game is the first of the series to be available on the Switch, and brings the franchise into the next generation with brand-new twists, all customized for the Nintendo console.

“We are delighted to release our first Nintendo Switch game today with RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures,” said Fred Chesnais, CEO of Atari. “RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures is a fully-featured, brand-new entry in Chris Sawyer’s beloved RollerCoaster Tycoon series. Thanks to the capabilities of the Nintendo Switch, new and seasoned tycoons can play anytime and anywhere.”

In the new game, players can explore three different game modes to build their empire: Adventure Mode (a new take on the classic Campaign mode), tricky Scenarios, and the open Sandbox. Players can utilize either the Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons or the touchscreen controls to play the way they want.

Players can build over 120 rides, restaurants, and shops to fill their parks with action and adventure. The coaster builder allows tycoons to create wild, death-defying coasters will great ease. There are also four uniquely themed environments available, along with water and terraforming options.
