Orlando’s Rosen Centre Hotel launches Harry’s Sip & Savor dining series
The Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Fla. is launching a new signature dining series for 2019, called “Harry’s Sip & Savor Pairing Series.”
This series will add spirits and cocktails to pairings at Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill during special, one-night-only events held throughout the year.
Under the direction of Harry’s Head Chef, Tello Luna, and the restaurant’s culinary and events team, the Sip & Savor Series will invite guests to take part in culinary experiences that pair delicious dishes with some of Central Florida’s local craft beers and artisanal cocktails on four select dates:
- Friday, March 22
- The signature series will kick off with a multi-course meal paired with the craft beers of Swamp Head Brewery from Gainesville, Fla.
- Friday, June 14
- Enjoy a showcase of signature spirits and cocktails paired with a matching menu during this event featuring Avión Tequila, Absolut Vodka, and Malibu Rum.
- Friday, Aug. 16
- Central 28 Beer Co. of DeBary, Fla. will take the spotlight, as their brews are paired with a multi-course menu developed by Chef Tello and his team.
- Friday, Oct. 4
- Signature spirits and cocktails featuring Jameson Irish Whiskey, Smooth Ambler Bourbon, and Monkey 47 Gin will be paired with multiple courses celebrating autumn during the final pairing showcase of 2019.
Each event in Harry’s Sip & Savor Series is $60 per person, which includes complimentary valet parking and does not include tax and gratuity. Seating is limited and reservations are required to attend.
