SeaWorld is kicking off their “Best Year Ever” with a slew of new ride announcements and a new AP program.

Due to guest demand, SeaWorld has created the new Annual Pass program that features more flexibility for guests to pick which Pass has the benefits they want the most, like unlimited admission, parking, free guest tickets, in-park discounts and more.

The SeaWorld Annual Pass doesn’t require a down payment, and for a limited time, prices start at just $9.99 per month for Florida residents. Guests can save even more money buying a combination pass with Aquatica, as well as Busch Gardens and Adventure Island in Tampa.

“We have dropped the price of an Annual Pass by as much as 30 percent,” said Mark Pauls, president of SeaWorld Orlando. “We have made it easier and more affordable for our guests to experience all of the excitement of SeaWorld and Aquatica this year.”

The Annual Passes, now divided up into four tiers, are as follows:

  • Bronze Pass – While some blockout dates apply on this pass, guests save more on parking, dining and more.
  • Silver Pass – This pass includes unlimited admission, free parking, one free guest ticket, and other extra benefits.
  • Gold Pass – Guests can save more with free parking, two free guest tickets, bigger discounts, plus extras like a free animal encounter, free PhotoKey annual pass and more.
  • Platinum Pass – This is the ultimate way to play and save, with unlimited admission to 11 SeaWorld and Busch Gardens parks nationwide, free ride-again privileges, reserved show seating and more.

“Today is the beginning of an incredible and action-packed year ahead,” said Pauls. “We are bringing our guests more events, more rides, more thrills, and more value than ever before, and of course, the new Annual Pass is the best way to take advantage of it all.”

SeaWorld’s event lineup is turning things up to 11 with events on the calendar from now through the end of 2019! All of the guest favorites are back, this time with even more dates, more food, more beer, more concerts – more everything.

With the opening of Infinity Falls, SeaWorld has opened a new realm that also features a shop, educational and fun interactive games, and the park’s newest restaurant, Waterway Grill.

SeaWorld also announced new details about the upcoming Sesame Street area opening in spring 2019. In addition to the daily parade and play areas where guests can meet Sesame Street characters, this new land will feature six themed rides, including Elmo’s Choo Choo Train, Cookie Drop, Abby’s Flower Tower, Super Grover’s Box Car Derby, Big Bird’s Twirl ’n’ Whirl, and Slimey’s Slider.

In 2019, Aquatica will open a new thrill slide called KareKare Curl. Holding two passengers per raft, the new slide will take guests on an exciting, weightless adventure.
