SeaWorld Orlando’s Craft Beer Festival brewing up fun on Sept. 7

SeaWorld Orlando’s Craft Beer Festival is back starting Sept. 7, with this year’s festivities extending to 10 weekends with over 100 brews on draft.

During the festival, which runs on weekends from Sept. 7 – Oct. 27, guests can sample a variety of domestic, international, and local Florida brews. In addition to the beverages, there are over 20 food items that can be paired with your drink of choice.

Flamecraft Bar – 3

• Brisket Taco (NEW) – 12-hour slow-smoked brisket hit with the park’s signature sauce topped with cojita cheese
• Beer and Yogurt Chicken Wings (NEW) – Served with Thai garlic sauce
• Chicken Quesadilla – Marinated chicken topped with cheddar jack cheese in a flour tortilla served with pico de gallo, and sour cream
• Nacho Supreme – Tortilla chips topped with nacho cheese, chili, pico de gallo, sour cream, and jalapeños

Beer Hut – 5

• Warm Chocolate Bread Pudding (NEW) – Served with Guinness-infused Irish cream sauce topped with whipped cream
• Impossible Burger and Green Tomato Slider (NEW) – Served on a pretzel bun topped with spicy pimento cheese and arugula
• Schinkennudeln (NEW) – Ham and cheese pasta casserole

Beer Hut – 7

• Brisket Loaded Potato Skins (NEW) – Topped with pulled smoked brisket, cheddar cheese, scallions, and BBQ sauce
• Tomahawk BBQ Short Ribs (NEW) – Coca-Cola-infused butter BBQ sauce
• BBQ Buck Town Shrimp (NEW) – Jumbo shrimp cooked in beer, Worcestershire sauce, and herbs served with garlic toast

Beer Hut – 9

• Gyro Sliders (NEW) – Small version of the traditional sandwich served with tomato, red onion, and Tzatziki sauce
• Jalapeño Shrimp and Grits Fritters (NEW) – Served with Key West dipping sauce
• Colossal Onion Rings (NEW) – Served with a horseradish mustard dipping sauce

Beer Hut – 10

• Bison Cheeseburger Melt Slider (NEW) – Served on a pretzel roll with pork belly and topped with pepper jack cheese sauce
• Foot Long Corn Dog (NEW) – Served with jalapeño mustard
• Beer Cheese Loaded Fries – Fries topped with beer cheese sauce and green onions

Beer Hut – 13

• Belly Buster Fish Taco (NEW) – Crispy fish filet served on a flour tortilla topped with cilantro slaw, pico de gallo, and Azteca BBQ sauce
• Salted Kobe Slider (NEW) – Salted block seared, served on a mini brioche bun topped with tomato bacon jam and arugula
• Fire Roasted Shishito Peppers (NEW) – Served with lemon aioli

Waterway Grill – 15

• Jambalaya Cone (NEW) – Chicken and andouille sausage jambalaya served in a bread cone
• Cheeseburger Pie (NEW) – Homemade pie filled with ground beef and cheddar cheese

Beer Hut – 16

• Guinness-Infused Mini Doughnuts (NEW) – Sweet mini doughnuts topped with bacon, maple syrup, and Guinness-infused cream
• Bourbon and Bacon Kettle Corn (NEW) – Kettle corn made with caramel bacon pieces and bourbon-infused cinnamon pecans
• Belgian Pecan Waffle (NEW) – Topped with maple butter, berry compote, and whipped cream

If you’re looking to get more bang for your buck during this year’s festival, consider picking up a sampler lanyard. A 12-item sampler lanyard is $54, and an 8-item sampler lanyard is $40; these are only available for guests ages 21 and up.
