Electric Ocean is lighting up SeaWorld Orlando’s Summer Nights

SeaWorld Orlando comes to life at night with their new musical celebration, Electric Ocean. This nighttime event transforms SeaWorld Orlando into an immersive, bioluminescent undersea festival that is sure to entertain.

Families can come together for a unique dance party at Club Sea Glow, which features DJs and 35 live performers, including speciality acts, entertainers and puppeteers to entertain the crowd throughout the event.

The event culminates with “Ignite,” SeaWorld Orlando’s newest nighttime fireworks display. This new spectacular includes synchronized water effects that shoot up to 100 feet in the air as they are choreographed to a musical score.

The sky will illuminate with pyrotechnic effects, laser projections and towering flames, all leading up to the finale that orchestrates all the show elements in an amazing climax, ending guests’ day at the park on a high note.

The excitement doesn’t stop at Electric Ocean, as the fan favorite “Sea Lions Tonite” has also made its return to SeaWorld Orlando. The parody show delights guests with skits about SeaWorld through the eyes of their sea lions, Clyde and Seamore. The show also features the park favorite, the SeaWorld Mime.

“Shamu’s Celebration: Light Up the Night” also continues to entertain guests, being the perfect show to take in before diving into Electric Ocean at night.

With longer park hours, thrill junkies are invited to embark on SeaWorld’s three coasters, Manta, Mako and the new virtual-reality coaster Kraken Unleashed, under the night sky.

New menu items have also been created for Electric Ocean, including salted caramel popcorn ice scream, toastadas, Belgian waffles, and craft beers. Guests can save as they take in the Electric Ocean fare with a Snack Pack Sampler Lanyard for $25, which gives guests up to five snacks or drinks.

New interactive RFID accessories are also available for purchase to let guests become a part of the nighttime festivities, and each ones reacts with the beat wherever they go during Electric Ocean.

For the ultimate Electric Ocean nighttime experience, guests can purchase the Electric Ocean Reserved Seating Package, which includes one reserved seat to “Sea Lions Tonite,” “Shamu’s Celebration: Light Up the Night,” and “Ignite.” Rates begin at $19 online or at the park gate.
