Starline Tours starts Hopper Express bus service between Disneyland and Hollywood

Southern California visitors have a new option for avoiding driving themselves down I-5, because Starline Tours is now offering a daily Hopper Express bus service with round-trip transportation between the Disneyland Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood.

The Starline Hopper Express shuttle bus, which launched earlier this month, connects Los Angeles visitors directly from the company’s Hollywood & Highland Terminal on Hollywood Boulevard to the area’s popular theme parks for one price, with no stopping, avoiding car rental and parking. The cost is $25 per person, round trip, about the same as parking at theme parks, and less than a round trip in a rideshare vehicle. The Hopper Express drops passengers at the meeting point for Universal Studios Hollywood, Knott’s Berry Farm and Disneyland Resort.

The transportation is aboard an air-conditioned coach with complimentary Wi-Fi, onboard arrival information for each destination, is ADA serviceable, and the schedule offers late transfers to maximize time at theme parks. In addition, Starline Hopper Express buses utilize highway commuter lanes for expedient service.

Adults and children are $25 each, round trip. Departing Hollywood to Anaheim, morning departures are at 7:30 and 9:30 a.m., and return at 5:00 p.m. daily, with an extra late service in summer departing at 7:30 p.m. between June 1 – August 31.

For Orange County theme park goers wanting to hop up to L.A. for Hollywood and Universal Studios Hollywood, riders can catch the early 7:00 a.m. Hopper or the 10:30 a.m. Time on board is approximately one hour.

The Express Hopper will operate daily except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and during the Academy Awards weekend.
