Walt Disney World has confirmed that the “Hey Disney!” digital assistant devices announced earlier last year are now rolling out at their resorts, starting with the Polynesian Village Resort. The voice-enabled gadgets have not launched without some concern among fans, however.
“Hey Disney!” brings Disney characters and stories to life in magical new ways for guests at Walt Disney World and on their devices at home.
Disney is teaming up with Amazon for a new voice assistant project called “Hey Disney!,” created with Amazon’s Alexa technology.
You can bring Disney into your home with Amazon Echo (Alexa) devices. Kids could already access and enjoy a variety of Disney-themed voice skills available exclusively on Amazon Kids+ on compatible Echo devices, but now we have two brand new voice skills: Frozen Sing! and Star Wars: C-3PO Translates!
