Bok Tower Gardens Christmas events, including the popular Holiday Home Tour at Pinewood Estate, will bring yuletide cheer to the Lake Wales landmark starting November 25 through January 8, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m daily.

Bok Tower Gardens is celebrating its 84th anniversary the weekend of Feb. 1 through 3, 2013 by opening the Singing Tower’s gates, guiding tours around the Tower’s exterior, performing special carillon concerts, and presenting a performance by Curtis Institute of Music president Roberto Díaz.

Over at Bok Tower Gardens, two rare Victoria water lilies (Victoria ‘Longwood Hybrid’) have grown to an unusually large size in the Reflection Pool near the Singing Tower. Each plant has 20 or more lily pads that are five foot in diameter.
