In March of 2017, I wrote about the rumored replacement for Dueling Dragons at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Islands of Adventure. Dueling Dragons closed on September 4, 2017.
While Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is the biggest thing coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, it isn’t the only thing. Disney is currently working on numerous projects around the park to upgrade the location in its entirety. New transportation, a Mickey Mouse themed ride and more parking is also part of the mix.
