Trailer released for Disney’s new take on ‘Cruella’

A wickedly wonderful trailer, two posters, and new publicity stills have been released in the lead up to the debut of Walt Disney Company’s all-new feature film “Cruella,” releasing in theaters on May 28, 2022, and they’re just as tantalizingly ominous and foreboding as you’d imagine.

Cast and crew of Disney’s ‘Flora & Ulysses’ discuss CGI squirrels and super hero landings

On Feb. 19, Disney will debut its comedy-adventure movie, “Flora & Ulysses,” based on the children’s book, “Flora & Ulysses: The Illuminated Adventures” by Newbery Award-winning author Kate DiCamillo. In advance of the launch, DiCamillo joined the movie’s cast and director in a press conference that revealed insights into the transition from storybook to silver screen.

Dr. Phillips Center presents Disney movie nights during Frontyard Festival

Starting Dec. 13 through May 2021, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts will be hosting Disney Movie nights almost every Sunday evening in Orlando as part of the Frontyard Festival, sponsored by Walt Disney World resort and supported by Experience Kissimmee.

Movie Review: True football fantasy ‘Safety’ is new Disney classic

Hollywood has mined a rich vein of football movies over the years, from “Heaven Can Wait” (1978) and “Rudy” (1993) to modern classics like “Remember the Titans” (2000) and “The Blind Side” (2009). The latest addition to this collection of sporting celluloid is “Safety,” a Walt Disney Motion Pictures release and a true contender for ‘Feel-good Movie of the Year.’
