Twenty-two years have passed since “Jurassic Park” was released in theaters. Even though there have been two other films, this fourth installment in the franchise made me feel like a kid again, watching that first film for the first time.
Back in February, scenes for the SyFy original movie Sharknado 3 were filmed around Universal Orlando. As the film gets closer to its release date of July 22, the promotional campaign is underway with a new teaser trailer recently being released featuring Universal.
Announced last year, the new partnership between Disney and Turner Classic Movies (TCM) has now started at The Great Movie Ride at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, with several new enhancements.
With “Tomorrowland” now in theaters (see our review here), Epcot is now offering a new preview at the Imagination Pavilion that can get pretty emotional.
You wanna go? Starting in April guests at Epcot and Disneyland will be able to journey to “Tomorrowland” during a special preview of the new film.
Disney’s new live action “Cinderella” is very well done but the highlight of seeing it in the theaters is the trip back to Arendelle you’ll take in the new Frozen short.
The Sharknado movies have been a cult phenomenon for the SyFy channel since the first one debuted in 2013, so when it came time to make a third one, Universal Orlando became both a filming location and a setting in the film itself.
Even though The Jaws Ride closed 3 years ago, sharks will still be terrorizing guests at Universal Orlando in the form of a Sharknado.
Disney’s live-action version of “Cinderella” won’t be in theaters until March, but starting this weekend you can catch a preview of the film at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
