Hot on the heels of the announcement that the highly-anticipated next installment of the blockbuster Jurassic Park film franchise, “Jurassic World: Dominion,” will debut on June 10, 2022, comes the news that a Jurassic Park-style dinosaur theme park will open in Malaga, Spain in 2021.
After last week’s seemingly unintentional reveal, Universal Orlando Resort has officially announced the Jurassic World VelociCoaster, opening in summer 2021 at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
Per an update on Universal Orlando’s official website, it has finally been confirmed that the roller coaster being built in the Jurassic Park section of Universal’s Islands of Adventure, titled “Jurassic World VelociCoaster,” is not only coming to the park, but now has an opening season.
A post from Twitter user @HuckelCommaSean may have just revealed the ride vehicle design for the rumored Velocicoaster construction happening at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Recently, this roller coaster project added raptor figures to the construction site. Now, it appears we may have our first look at the coaster vehicle itself.
