While Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is the biggest thing coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, it isn’t the only thing. Disney is currently working on numerous projects around the park to upgrade the location in its entirety. New transportation, a Mickey Mouse themed ride and more parking is also part of the mix. For the first Retro Orlando column, let’s take a look back at “Monster Sound Show,” an attraction that no longer exists at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. In fact, when it did exist (1989-1997), Disney’s Hollywood Studios was still Disney-MGM Studios.
