The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures has revealed details about Fanny’s, the museum’s restaurant and café being developed by restaurateur Bill Chait (formerly of Bestia, Sotto, République, and others) and the chief executive of Wolfgang Puck Catering, Carl Schuster.
