Legoland Florida is bringing back its kid-friendly Halloween celebration, Brick-or-Treat. The event takes place each Saturday in October from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The House of Presidents in Clermont, Fla. (just outside Orlando) has a beautifully detailed model of the White House. The model is currently decorated for Christmas, and it may be something interesting to see during the holiday week.
During her visit to Universal Orlando, Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson and her son Cy, age 8, encountered mysterious Egyptian guards at the entrance to the Revenge of the Mummy attraction in Universal Studios.
Legoland’s master model builders have begun the painstaking task of creating and caring for nearly 15,000 models that will be on display when the park opens this October.
Legoland Florida recently recieved their first of 50 shipments of Lego models for the new theme park. The life-size models were made by hand in Europe especially for Legoland and will be featured throughout the park when it opens this October.
