The first-ever Pixar Fest is well underway at the Disneyland Resort, and now through Sept. 3, 2018, guests can encounter their favorite Pixar characters and stories in all new ways at Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, Downtown Disney and the Disneyland Resort hotels.
The highly-anticipated land, Pixar Pier, will make its debut at the Disneyland Resort this summer on June 23, 2018 at Disney California Adventure Park. Alongside the new land, a new float featuring “The Incredibles” will be added to the “Paint the Night” parade.
The “it’s a small world” Mall is going under refurbishment this month at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, Calif.
Pixar Play Parade makes its long-awaited return to Disneyland on April 13, as part of the limited-time Pixar Fest event. As the first announcement of the 12 Days of Disney Parks Christmas, three new story elements for the parade have been revealed:
The worlds of Pixar will find their new home at Disney California Adventure Park next year, when Pixar Pier opens in summer 2018.
Previously announced during this year’s D23 Expo, Pixar Fest will take over for a limited time celebration of friendship at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif., starting April 13, 2018.
In 2018, both Disneyland Resort parks will celebrate Pixar Fest with new nighttime spectacles, and DCA’s Paradise Pier will transform into Pixar Pier.
