March 21, 2021, is World Puppetry Day — a celebration of puppetry as a global art form — and to mark the occasion, budding puppeteers and puppet builders can create their very own CLOD puppet based on the most recent hit show from Jim Henson Company, “Earth to Ned” currently streaming exclusively on Disney+.
Thanks to D23: The Official Disney Fan Club, There will be Muppets-inspired magic and mayhem all next week, including a live tweet party for “Muppet Treasure Island,” an all-new panel—A Muppetational Legacy with D23— an exclusive BoxLunch discount, and two new limited-edition pins.
On Friday, Sept. 4, Disney+ will debut 10 episodes of its first original talk show, “Earth to Ned,” produced by The Jim Henson Company. This new show stars extraterrestrial creatures Ned and Cornelius as they interview some of the biggest stars in our galaxy.
The spellbinding Jim Henson classic, “The Dark Crystal,” is returning to the big screen this February for a limited two-night engagement.
Sid the Science Kid, a popular PBS Kids show, will be appearing at SeaWorld Orlando on Oct. 26, 2014 during the last day of SeaWorld’s Halloween Spooktacular.
