Tickets now on sale for “A Gatsby Evening” at The Edison
Take it back to the roaring ‘20s this September with “A Gatsby Evening” at The Edison in Disney Springs.
Guests can celebrate Labor Day by getting dressed to the nines in their best flapper attire and suits to dance the night away. A red carpet will lead guests into this opulent extravaganza, featuring bartenders serving up spirits, flying aerial champagne performers, flapper dancers, cigar rollers, a live band, stilt walkers and more.
The Edison’s beverage partners will be offering samples throughout the evening for guests, alongside passed hors-d’oeuvres and The Edison’s full food and beverage menu.
Tickets to “A Gatsby Evening” are $75 per person plus tax, and doors to the event open at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 2.

Disney Springs is comprised of the area previously known as Pleasure Island (although most of the buildings that were there at that time have been torn down and rebuilt) plus the area previously known as the West End and Marketplace plus the expansion outdoor mall area between the Lime Garage and the Orange Garage. The Edison is located in the building previously occupied by The Adventures Club when Pleasure Island was still open.
The Edison restaurant is not related or based off of Thomas Edison specifically or his home. It is based off of a Entertianment establishment of the same name and theme in Los Angeles. It is a turn of the century modeled restaurant and night club in a power plant themed space. 20s swing and jazz are the flavor of the day.
