Universal Orlando has just debuted their newest eatery at CityWalk, Red Oven Pizza Bakery.

Red Oven Pizza Bakery chefThe new restaurant offers pizza, salads and drinks, with free refills for sodas. The pizzas are made in house, and guests can watch the chefs make them in person. It only takes about three minutes for the pizzas to be made thanks to the use of an oven so hot the pies are done in about 90 seconds.

The restaurant is a mix of quick and table service, with team members delivering food to the tables, which are outside under an awning. If you’re in a hurry, you can order to-go.

Red Oven Pizza Bakery replaced the quick service area for Pastamore. The new eatery is open daily.

  1. It takes longer than 90 seconds to put out a quality product, especially pizza! Overpriced, cardboard crust, and VERY bland. I’d rather spend $4.99 at Ci Ci”s!

  2. This is such a welcome change to the regular fast food offerings in and around the parks.
Great Pizza is the ultimate quick dish and there’s really no excuse for those horrible ‘bready’ frozen pizzas that so many of the parks offer their guests.
We think that the Red Oven Pizza Bakery is onto a winner here and Universal deserve a lot of credit for resisting high street franchises and picking a favorite dish made fresh!
