Full look at the ‘Beauty and the Beast’ ride at Tokyo Disneyland
The magical world of Belle and the Beast has come to life in Fantasyland at Tokyo Disneyland, but the real adventure is within the walls of the Beast’s Castle, where guests can experience Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast, the first ride-through attraction themed to the classic 1991 Disney animated film.
For their journey through the castle, guests board trackless teacup ride vehicles that “dance” along to the film’s beloved music as they relive favorite moments from the film – including, of course, waltzing through the castle’s iconic ballroom.
“One of the biggest ingredients of this fantastic attraction is the classic music from the original film – ‘Be Our Guest,’ ‘Something There,’ and ‘Beauty and the Beast,'” says Walt Disney Imagineering executive creative director, Ted Robledo. “We know that’s what guests are expecting, and we deliver that in a brand new way.”
The official opening date for the new attraction is Sept. 28, 2020, but luckily, you don’t have to wait.
