I believe that this is going to be a huge flop. It’s made from a move that was released almost 20 years ago. Huge success at the time but limited appeal now. Most people have watch the movie just once and they were done compared to Harry Potter which has millions and millions of followers and most people have either read the books several times or seen the movies several time. Disney had a chance to pick up Potter and turned it down. I have to wonder about the people running Disney now. Disney dropped the ball on this one and it’s going to cost the stockholders. Then add the Beauty and the Beast movie being released this week with its gay overtones. Seriously wondering what the executives at Disney are thinking.

Avatar was released in 2009…8 years ago, not almost 20, but thanks for playing

…and, there are three new Avatar movies in production…nothing new from Harry Potter that I’m aware of unless you count Fantastic Beasts which didn’t have nearly the same appeal
