Marvel Avengers Campus debuts at Disneyland Paris on July 20, 2022, marking Walt Disney Studios’ most ambitious expansion since the park opened.
Enter the reimagined universe of “Earth’s Mightiest Heroes” as Marvel Avengers Campus opens to new recruits, featuring two action-packed attractions, character interactions, a “freeze frame” video opportunity, plus themed dining and merchandise.
Marvel Avengers Campus welcomes new recruits
As backstory to the land, Tony Stark, CEO of Stark Industries, created Avengers Campus as a place to discover, recruit, and train the next generation of Super Heroes who will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the Avengers.
Walt Disney Imagineering played a role, too, working with the teams who brought the “Avengers” films, television series, and comics to life. Their efforts created a campus where Marvel fans and those new to the franchise can live out their own heroic journeys.
Train with Spider-Man, Iron Man, or Captain Marvel
Disneyland Paris’s Marvel Avengers Campus is the only place where recruits can visit the Training Center and meet Spider-Man, Iron Man, or Captain Marvel. During their visit, they can create a “freeze frame” video sequence (using Disney PhotoPass), with 27 cameras capturing the action and turning it into a memorable moment. Bookings can be made through the Disneyland Paris mobile app.
Join the Dora Milaje
Recruits can take advantage of the opportunity to train with Black Panther’s protectors, the Dora Milaje, and learn the ways of Wakanda’s warriors.
Challenge Star-Lord to a dance-off
Bust out your best stellar dance moves in a dance-off with “Guardians of the Galaxy” heroes, Star-Lord and Gamora. The Gateway Portal will capture the moment when recruits meet the Super Heroes of Avengers Campus.
Join daring missions with Spider-Man, Captain Marvel, and Iron Man
Avengers Assemble: Flight Force unleashes every super hero fan’s ultimate dream, allowing them to “take flight” with Captain Marvel and Iron man in a high-speed roller coaster adventure.
Iron Man will be decked out in his brand-new Mark 80 armor, briefing recruits on the mission ahead. Then, it’s off for a flight through space in a vehicle designed by Tony Stark himself and equipped with a homing device to lure away threats to planet Earth. The height requirement to ride is 47 inches.
Tony Stark’s Artificial Intelligence creation, “F.R.I.D.A.Y.” has been uploaded to the building’s façade, and will welcome recruits, monitor the campus for threats, and signal the Avengers arrivals and departures. This experience is exclusive to Disneyland Paris
Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure puts recruits’ web-slinging skills to the test as they team up with Spidey to capture Peter Parker’s out-of-control robot Spider-Bots before they cause unthinkable chaos in Avengers Campus.
Specially designed technology translates rider’s hand movements into web-slinging wrist action, but it’s not as easy as that. As the mission goes on, the Spider-Bots multiply faster and faster. Which rider will end the mission with the most Spider-Bots caught?
There is no height requirement for Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure, so young super heroes can join in, too.
Time to refuel
Dine in an innovative science lab at Pym Kitchen, where Pym Technologies applies the science behind the “Pym Particles” use to grow and shrink Ant-Man and The Wasp to create a buffet of bites, entrees, and desserts of “unusual scale.” Try a gigantic pretzel sandwich, hot dog, burger, vegetables, and cakes, or go for the tiniest versions and sample a bit of everything.
Quick-service Stark Factory serves up homemade pizzas fresh from the pizzaiolo’s oven, along with salads and fresh pasta. Save room for the signature dessert which pays tribute to Thor, the God of Thunder’s favorite sweet treat. Look for S.H.I.E.L.D relics and hidden “Easter Egg” fan tributes such as artifacts built by Tony Stark and the HulkBuster armor Stark created with the help of Bruce Banner.
Belly up to The WEB –Worldwide Eating Brigade—food truck, run by WEB workshop inventors, where you’ll find a variety of Asian noodles and coconut balls. Tony Stark’s favorite, the FAN-tastic Food Truck, will serve up New York style hot dogs and vegan sausages, along with various sauces and toppings, plus cheesecake on a stick for dessert.
Traditional American restaurant, Super Diner, will feature Reuben sandwiches.
Outfit yourself like the super hero you are
Play your role in style with a range of campus gear and wearables from Mission Equipment, including official Avengers Campus and WEB – Worldwide Engineering Brigade – items and accessories.
Recruits can even customize their Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure onboard experience, adding extra powers with the WEB Tech WEB Power Band available in the Mission Equipment shop. The accessory features advanced functions such as a multi-firing web and electro-dynamic webs, repulsor blasts, and a mystic amplifier, inspired by Spider-Man, Iron Man, and Doctor Strange respectively.
Conquer the Spider-Bots, then make them your sidekicks! Command your own Spider-Bot to battle opponents through programmable combat and defense abilities. You can even add tactical upgrades inspired by Iron Man, Black Widow, and Black Panther.

More than 450 Campus Personnel – otherwise known as Disney cast members – will play their roles in Marvel Avengers Campus, adding a new level of interactive storytelling to the Marvel multiverse for recruits of all ages.
