SEA LIFE mascot resident, Sharky, will be on hand during Summer of Sharks weekdays so guests can have their photos taken with the friendliest shark in the ocean. Also available is a Shark Spotter Scavenger Hunt challenging guests to find the six species of sharks in the aquarium. Grab a scavenger hunt guide on the way inside and let a team member know when you’ve found all six to collect your prize.

During this special event you’ll have the chance to take part in an extended Behind the Scenes Tour. During the tour you’ll meet the new bonnethead sharks, Mario & Luigi, from the ocean deck.

Bonnethead sharks are the first known species of sharks to be omnivores, meaning they eat both meat and vegetables. During the tour, you’ll see aquarists (a person who keeps an aquarium) prepare food for the blacktip reef sharks, and more. These additional offerings are only available during the Summer of Sharks.
