Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood has announced that this holiday season will transport guests back to the town of Stars Hollow, Conn. with the return of “Gilmore Girls Holiday”.
From Dec. 21, 2019 – Jan. 5, 2020, fans of the “Gilmore Girls” series can explore original sets and see authentic props from the show, take part in fun photo-ops in front of the gazebo and official Stars Hollow sign, Luke’s Diner, Lorelai’s house, Stars Hollow High School and more.
This year, the exterior of Luke’s Diner will be dressed as seen in the show, and fans can re-create those “life-changing” coffee chats that were shared inside. The exterior sets of Lorelai’s and Sookie’s homes will also be decorated for the holidays. The Gilmore residence will have authentic props on display, including Lorelai’s 1999 Jeep Wrangler and mailbox, plus many more. Once inside, guests will find original costumes worn by Lorelai, Rory and Luke alongside plenty of behind-the-scenes images.
“‘Gilmore Girls’ touched the hearts of so many fans and spans generations,” said Gary Soloff, director of marketing for Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood. “This holiday season, our guests will enjoy a one-of-a-kind fan experience as they tour the iconic Warner Bros. backlot that will be transformed into the majestic town of Stars Hollow.”
The Studio Tour will also bring back a holiday spread with “Holiday Lunch at Lorelai’s,” featuring vegan and gluten-free options available for purchase. Exclusive “Gilmore Girls” merchandise like spirit jerseys, mugs, keychains, notepads, hats and more will be available at the “Gilmore Girls” pop-up shop inside Lorelai’s house.
“Gilmore Girls Holiday” is included as part of your experience on the Studio Tour, Classics Made Here Tour and the Deluxe Tour. To learn more, and to purchase tickets for a tour, visit WBStudioTour.com.
