Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival dates revealed for 2020

Walt Disney World has revealed the dates for the 27th annual Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival in 2020.

Running from March 4 – June 1, 2020, guests can sample the servings at Outdoor Kitchens throughout the park, listen to the performers of the Garden Rocks Concert Series, and enjoy the beautiful blooms throughout the park.

Next year’s event will feature the debut of a new Remy topiary, which will serve as the centerpiece of a new Ratatouille-themed garden in the France pavilion. The new garden will feature vegetables used in a ratatouille recipe. Guests can also look forward to seeing fan-favorite topiaries return to the event, including Snow White, Anna and Elsa, Belle and Beast, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Miss Piggy and Kermit.

When checking out the Outdoor Kitchens, guests will find raised-bed or in-ground gardens of herbs and produce to help them learn more about growing their own healthy foods. Thousands of bedding plants in all sorts of colors will decorate Future World and World Showcase, and dozens of Disney “flower towers” will provide fun backdrops for photos. Mini-gardens will also be seen floating on the Future World east and west lakes.

Kids can get their play on at the festival’s Play Garden and Family Play Zone. The Goodness Garden Butterfly House will return, as well as the popular “How To” garden, which offers tips for home gardeners.
